FAQs
In FY 2021, funding applications will be submitted to the Office of Justice Programs (OJP) in a new two-step process. First, applicants must register with Grants.gov and submit initial information, then submit the full application in JustGrants. To find the funding opportunity, go to Grants.gov and search for the opportunity ID.
Because this is a two-step process, there are two deadlines. The deadline to register and submit initial information to Grants.gov is March 1, 2021; the deadline to submit the full application to JustGrants is April 12, 2021.
Applicants must register with Grants.gov before applying. To register with Grants.gov, applicants will need to obtain a Data Universal Numeric System (DUNS) and System of Award Management (SAM) registration or renewal. A SF-424 and an SF-LLL must be submitted in Grants.gov. Then, the full application, including attachments, must be submitted in JustGrants.
For technical assistance with submitting the SF-424 and SF-LLL in Grants.gov, contact the Grants.gov Customer Support Hotline at 800-518-4726, 606-545-5035, at Grants.gov customer support webpage, or email at [email protected]. For technical assistance with submitting the full application in JustGrants, contact JustGrants Service Desk at [email protected] or at 833-872-5175.
