Red Lake will use funds to identify, register and monitor all convicted sex offenders who live on or enter the Red Lake Reservation. Registry personnel will carry out at least 100 contacts with sex offenders at Red Lake each year of the project. Funds will also be used to conduct education/training sessions about the registry and TAP program. The Red Lake Registry will also provide focused training to staff of local programs that handle cases of abuse of children. CA/NCF
