FY 2023 Support for Adam Walsh Act Implementation Grant Program

The Colorado River Indian Tribes will use AWA grant funds to enhance tribal law enforcement’s capacity to implement its Sex Offender Registration program in compliance with SORNA requirements, implement SORNA public notification, develop a memorandum of understanding with overlapping jurisdictions, continue monitoring and registering sex offenders within the boundaries of the reservation, and fill two personnel positions.
