FY 22 AWA Grant Program: Vermont Department of Public Safety

The Vermont Crime Information Center (VCIC) is the designated agency within Vermont that provides centralized collection, collaboration and services for registration data of convicted sex offenders residing, working, or engaged in post-secondary education within the state. To address challenges around multiple contributing data sources, the primary goal of this project is the maintenance of offender compliance and enforcement of registration requirements through improved sex offender data. Grant funds will support a procurement contract for the subscription of OffenderWatch services.
