Funds will be used for developing and conducting training for law enforcement and other criminal justice personnel involved in registering, notification, monitoring and management of sex offenders or noncompliance cases; and enhancing and improving infrastructure, specifically technology upgrades in the Sex Offender Section and in the forensic lab as it relates to the collection, storage, and dissemination of biometric data regarding offenders.
