Comprehensive Approach to Sex Offender Management on the Nez Perce Reservation

The Nez Perce Tribe Police Department will develop and implement a Comprehensive Approach to Sex Offender Management Program over the next three years. The model will be a victim-centered approach based on specialized knowledge; public education and outreach; engagement monitoring, evaluation and collaboration. The rights, safety and interests of sexual assault victims will be given primary consideration when planning and implementing perpetrator management strategies. CA/NCF
